The staff was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient since it was near a bus stop and some commercial establishments. The room had basic amenities that were useful for our Easter trip.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable which gave me a bad backache. The bathroom had a bad smell that made it hard for us to use it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. the room had everything I needed like shampoo, soap, and even a hairdryer. Plus, it was only a short walk to the MRT station which made getting around really easy.

This hotel was perfectly located for my needs, within walking distance of my friends' meet-up place and a 24/7 convenience store just across the street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including strong air conditioning, a helpful front desk staff, and toiletries placed in a cute bag on the bed. Additionally, there were great restaurants, a fantastic brewery, and multi-cuisine food courts located nearby.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel as everything I experienced was excellent.
